This 1.5 hour office meeting will introduce you to the process and procedure of home buying including:

The buying process: the contract, earnest money, attorney approval, inspection and mortgage contingencies and the closing procedure

Different types of mortgages: 30 year fixed, adjustable rate mortgages (ARM), how to avoid
PMI (private mortgage insurance), how to compare different mortgage products

Closing costs: lenders charges, title charges, governmental charges

Property tax credits

Price reductions vs. sales credits

Our resume and past client testimonials

Income tax ramifications of home ownership: how to take home more money each pay period and avoid a life of mac & cheese!

Your time is valuable! We find that this meeting enables us to share your vision, and saves us both from wasted hours in the field looking at property that does not meet your criteria. This meeting streamlines the buying process and PUTS YOU IN CONTROL with the information you need to make the right home buying decision.

Agressive, Innovative Property Marketing

With a combined 59+ year experience in the Chicago city real estate market, we study and understand the seasonal and consumer driven market trends and will design and implement a marketing plan that produces results!

As both brokers and consultants, we counsel and educate our clients, and will keep you updated with the current market conditions in your neighborhood so you can feel confident in the pricing and selling decisions that you make. Constant communication is paramount and you will be provided with weekly written service reports detailing all marketing activity on your property.

The team approach to marketing allows maximum exposure to your property with the least amount of listing time, which adversely affects value. The longer a property is on the market, the less a buyer will want to pay. Our innovative marketing methods result in high visibility

Google "Chicago Real Estate Agent" and see our top ranking as a sponsored site. Hundreds of visitors view our listings every month, and your listing will appear on thirty-six different and popular home buyer websites including Realtor.com, RE/MAX.com and Homes.com, three of the leading real estate web sites. Your property will be showcased and have preferred display status because of virtual tours and photos. Additionally, over 585+ buyers have registered to receive our new listings. We produce our own virtual tours, and unlike most companies, produce a virtual tour of every room. By combining extensive visuals (slide shows, virtual tours, color brochures) and aggressive marketing techniques, we maintain low market time.

We are experts at staging a home and know that a little "pain" yields a lot of"gain" when getting the property ready for showings. I was recently featured in the November 14, 2003 issue of the Chicago Tribune as an expert in preparing property for the market. Part of our service package is a customized recommendation list for your home.
